Meet Our Team

Bethany Blair is a finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office.

Ms. Blair assists both lenders and borrowers in negotiating, structuring and closing senior credit facilities, including acquisition, financing, development financing and working capital lines of credit. Her experience includes asset-based loans, syndicated loan transactions and real estate financing.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Creative Writing from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) in 2012. After swearing she would never set foot in Tuscaloosa again, she returned to UA and received her law degree in 2016.

Bethany grew up outside of Atlanta but calls Nashville, Tennessee home. In her spare time, Bethany loves going to concerts, trying new restaurants, working out, and rooting for the Crimson Tide.
