Casey values building meaningful relationships with those she works with because it leads to trust and a better understanding of one another.
She has carried this practice from her previous career as an educator of 18 years into the financial sector when she became a financial advisor in September of 2021. During her time as an educator, she was an advocate for her students learning financial literacy, which is what brought her to Funding the Future. She now uses both her educator and financial advisor knowledge to help connect school leaders with FTF’s program.

In her spare time, she enjoys attending her son’s school and sporting events, reading, and relaxing with her family in northern Michigan. Casey currently volunteers as the Community Events Director for the Alexander Foundation, a non-profit that helps children with craniofacial diseases. She also gives her time and support to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, Hospitality House and several local food programs that help to ensure all students can afford breakfast and lunch.
